Same-Day Dental Implants in Upper West Side, NYC
Same-Day Full Arch Dental Implants also known as All-on-X is a cost-effective treatment option for replacing a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed implant-supported bridge. In many cases, the restoration can be supported by as few as 4 to 6 dental implants per arch. In addition, Dr. Roksar offers a more economical implant solution called Stabili-Teeth.
Dr. Arman Roksar carefully evaluates each patient’s bone structure, oral health, and individual needs to determine whether this treatment is appropriate. When suitable, patients may receive a fixed set of teeth on the same day their implants are placed.
Every treatment plan is customized. Dr. Roksar works closely with each patient to determine the most predictable and appropriate solution based on their anatomy, goals, and long-term dental needs.
With more than 26 years of experience in placing and restoring dental implants, Dr. Roksar combines advanced surgical and prosthodontic training with a strong focus on precision, function, and natural-looking results.

The Process:
1. Initial Consultation
At this appointment Dr. Roksar will meet with you one on one to discuss your needs and wants and what your expectations are. X-ray are taken to evaluate the bone quality and quantity and whether or not you are a suitable candidate for Teeth in a Day. Treatment options are reviewed and an estimate is given.
2. Diagnostics
Once treatment is decided, a little planning and preparing on our part is needed. Here we take impressions of your teeth and a series of pictures. Your case is sent to a dental laboratory and your provisional will be fabricated. We don’t need to see you again until the day of surgery. Most likely antibiotic pre-medication will also be prescribed.
3. Treatment
If teeth need to be extracted, they are removed the same day as the implants are placed by Dr. Roksar. An immediate denture and or provisional bridge is placed. The same day, you will go home with a beautiful set of teeth. You are able to eat, drink and speak with your provisionals until the implants heal. If necessary, some pain medication will be prescribed as well.
4. Final Bridge
Approximately 3 months later, you return to finalize your and fabricate your permanent bridge. This will take approximately 3 to 4 visits for Dr. Roksar to customize and finalize your bridge.
Does the procedure hurt?
As with any surgery, one has some swelling and inflammation after the procedure. Dr. Roksar will go out of his way to make the process as comfortable as possible. For anxious patients, Dr. Roksar can prescribe medications that can make you more comfortable or he can work with Board Certified Anesthesiologists to provide intravenous conscious (IV) sedation and general anesthesia.

How much does Teeth in a Day cost?
The cost of a full implant case varies on many factors. How many teeth to be extracted, the need for bone grafting, the number of implants, the condition of the tissue and the overall health of the patient.
Our patients save anywhere from $6,000 to $10,000 per arch when treatment is completed in our office. Dr. Roksar will do the majority of the treatment himself. Treatment fees are much lower when compared to a two-location or multiple doctors approach, where both doctors would charge separate fees, significantly increasing the total cost of treatment.
The final cost will depend on the treatment options and needs of each patient. Dr. Roksar will review each case one on one with the patient and tailor a custom treatment plan based on the patient's needs and wants.
Payments Options and Financing
On average the range of cost will be approximately $300 to $500 per month. The treatment can be financed with us, CareCredit, Cherry, and Proceed Finance.. They also offer interest free financing.
Does Dental Insurance Cover Teeth in a Day or Dental Implants?
Dental insurance coverage for implant treatment varies by plan. While some plans may provide limited benefits for certain portions of treatment, full coverage for dental implant surgery is uncommon.
At NYDental, we work with most major PPO dental insurance plans and help patients maximize their available benefits. We can submit claims on your behalf to plans such as Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna, Guardian, Aetna, and others.
